How long will it take to set up my profile?
The Work On Farm team is available to support you during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you submit your application or profile outside of these hours, please note that there may be a delay in processing.

Does it cost anything to join and start searching the database?
No, it’s completely free to join and browse our database. You’ll only need to purchase a credit pack when you decide to unlock a candidate profile.
How do you ensure candidate profiles are genuine?
We verify all profiles before they go live, including identity checks, a brief phone interview, and reference verification. This process ensures authenticity and reliability.
Can I get a refund if a candidate doesn’t work out?

What if a candidate doesn’t respond after I purchase their profile?
Please keep records of calls, emails, and texts. Contact us with evidence, and we will investigate the issue. If verified, we will refund the credits for that candidate.

Does it cost anything to join?
No, creating your profile is completely free!
Will my current employer see my profile?
No, your profile remains anonymous until you accept an employer’s connection request. Employers can only see your skills, experience, and preferred location. Names and personal details remain confidential.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page, enter your registered email, and follow the link sent to reset your password.
I got hired through Work On Farm. Should I close my account?
We recommend keeping your account open in case you need to use it in the future. You can set your profile to “inactive” if you’re not currently looking for work.
