Dear [%Candidate_firstname%]
Great news – your profile has been verified! You’re now officially part of the Work On Farm Talent Pool, ready for employers to find you.
Why Work On Farm?
We built this platform for people just like you – those working in agriculture or looking to break in, but who don’t have time to send out endless job applications. With Work On Farm, you create a profile and let employers come to you.
The talent pool includes people actively seeking new opportunities, so it’s important to check employer interest promptly to avoid missing out.
Your personal details – including your name, resume, and past employers – will not be shown unless you choose to share them. You’ll get key information about the employer (like enterprise type and region), helping you make an informed decision before revealing your identity.
When an employer is searching, they’re reviewing the same kind of profile list you are – no names, no resumes, just filters and selections based on what both parties are looking for.
If an employer selects your profile, you’ll receive a notification.
You’ll then see a short snapshot of their business to help you decide whether you’d like to accept or decline the connection.
Accept → Your full profile (resume + video answers, if provided) is shared with the employer, and you can expect a message or call.
Decline → Your identity remains hidden, and the employer cannot contact you.
If you accept, it means you’re genuinely interested.
For any questions, check out our FAQ or contact us directly.
Thanks for being part of Work On Farm – we’re excited to help you connect with your next opportunity!
Warm regards,
The Work On Farm Team
